Carpet stretching price is $175 for the first room & $75 each additional room of carpet stretching for homes under 3000 total square feet. Stairs of an average size are $175 to stretch. IF it’s required that we break a seam and redo it in order to properly re-stretch rippled carpet, an additional $125 each will be added. We always try to avoid this if at all possible. Homes over 3000 total square feet will be charged at the rate of $1.25/sq.ft. Most carpets that need re-stretching, get that way because of improper installation and should be re-stretched by a certified & professional carpet repair company.
